The thing is, if your social anxiety is so bad that you can’t call people to see if you can stay with them for a night, you probably don’t have any business trying to navigate Manhattan AND Brooklyn, bus schedules, massive crowds of clothes-hungry fatties, and the subway system carrying multiple bags of clothes.
